The Rates
Rates per night for
max. 4 persons
from EUR 90,00 to EUR 130,00 per night
depending on time and length of your stay.
Minimum stay 3 nights.
Extra long-term discount from 21 nights.
Towels and bed linen (without change), free WIFI and all extras (water, electricity a.s.o.) are included in this rate.
In addition, an obligatory cleaning fee of EUR 75,00 is added to the total price for the cleaning after check-out.
Additional charges, if required:
Baby cot, EUR 10,00 once

Booking conditions
With your request (either by phone or email), you offer us to make a binding booking. For us, this booking is confirmed as soon as we confirm it and - as long as we asked for it - as soon as we received your written reconfirmation within 7 days.
As a guarantee for your booking, we will ask for a down payment of 20% of the full booking amount. Should we not receive this down payment within 2 weeks, we reserve the right to withdraw from our booking offer.
We kindly ask to pay the rest amount either in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer before arrival.
Cancellation policy
In case of a cancellation, reduction or no show of your confirmed booking, the following cancellation fees apply:
- Cancellation up to 43 days before arrival: free of charge
- Cancellation between 42 and 29 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
- Cancellation between 28 and 2 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee
- Cancellation or no show from 1 day before arrival: 100% cancellation fee.
